GROUND UP SCAFFOLDING

Ground-up scaffolding is the most traditional form of access protection that functions as a work-positioning system and makes it well-suited for numerous applications.

The edge protection system is quick to install and allows workers to complete safe installation of upper frames on residential properties.

HANG-ON PLATFORM (HOP)

Star’s Hang-On Platform (“HOP”) systems are comprised of a stable and safe working platform that is hung from the top plate and enables installation of facia and gutter and serves as roof edge protection. The suspended system eliminates site clutter frequently caused by ground-up scaffolding systems and leaves the job site clear of debris.

VOID SYSTEMS / POOL COVERS

Flat and raised Void Protection Systems (“VPS”) permit loading of up to 450kg which is double the capacity of most providers. A raised VPS allows an additional 400mm above the floor level to gain extra height to allow the safe installation of stairs without having to remove any platforms. Both systems free up space under the void to allow continued works below.

ENGINEERING & DESIGN

Star Scaffolds have an in-house engineering and design team and a national network of designers, estimators and drafters. Our Design & Estimating teams perform a vast variety of design solutions at the forefront of pre-project review, consulting with our engineering team to design the safest and most cost-effective design solutions in accordance with local standards and requirements. These project specific design solutions at the forefront, allows there estimating team to provide accurate and detailed costings to each scope items across all projects, no matter how large or complex.
